SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We ship UPS Ground Service on all orders, unless another carrier or shipping method is preferred.

  • Shipping and handling charges vary, depending on size and weight of item(s) and destination.


OUR POLICY

  • GiftAC is an authorized retailer for all collectible lines offered for sale. All products, images and logos are the property of their respective companies.

  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your purchase within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

  • We typically ship with United Parcel Service (UPS). If you prefer another carrier, we will try to accomodate you.


RETURN POLICY

  • All claims for broken or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of purchase.

  • To place a claim for damaged merchandise, buyer must contact local UPS office to arrange for inspection, as well as notify GiftAC that a claim is being made.

  • All packaging materials (i.e. original shipping carton, merchandise box, shipping paperwork, invoices) are to be kept until such claim is processed.

  • No replacement or credit will be given under the following conditions:
    • The request is made after 10 days from the receipt date.
    • The item is returned without its original shipping carton.
    • The item is returned without the original merchandise box and all paperwork.
    • The item, merchandise box or shipping carton has been improperly handled.
    • For UPS damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping carton for the UPS inspector.
